Rotaract Africa MDIO
Rotaract Africa is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization, governed by the present bylaws and is based among the Rotary Districts in the region of Africa. The official name of this organization is Rotaract Africa Multi-District Information Organization (RA-MDIO). Rotaract Africa follows the rules, terms and regulations of Rotary International and is established and recognized under the Executive Decision of Rotary International General Secretary dated 25th May 2021.
The member Districts include: 9010, 9101, 9102, 9110, 9125, 9141, 9150, 9210, 9211, 9212, 9220, 9350, 9370 & 9400 bringing together Rotaractors in Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cabo Verde, Cameroon, Central Africa Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Equatorial Guinea, Eswatini, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mayotte, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Reunion, Rodrigues, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Africa, South Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

What is Rotaract?
Rotaract of Rotary International – is a global service club through which young professionals and leaders unite in service to create lasting change across the globe, in their communities and in themselves. Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotaract is changing communities like yours.
Our Purpose
The purpose of Rotaract Africa is to disseminate information, facilitate communication, enhance training, encourage international relations and enhance fellowships among Rotaractors of the member districts.

Our Objectives
- To exchange information among participating districts.
- To foster international cooperation & communication among Rotaractors.
- To encourage more project collaboration among participating districts.
- To encourage Rotaractors to work together in international projects.
- To offer leadership training to clubs and district leaders.
- To increase awareness of projects in Africa to other Rotaract MDIOs around the world.
- To host an annual conference for Rotaractors within participating districts
